Hi! I’m Amy.
I started Collective Results in November of 2020 because I believe that:
There is nothing more rewarding than work that makes the world a better place.
We find the best solutions to our problems by engaging the right people, getting curious, and working together.
Results are important. Results get us up in the morning (or evening - shout out to all the shift workers out there!) and get us excited about going to work. Results are the outcome of a hard day’s work, and they’re important to funders, staff, and clients.
I’m so driven by these beliefs that I decided to pull together a dream team of former Public Health colleagues and start a consulting firm that focuses on helping not-for-profit organizations, charities, and public sector organizations “do good work better”.
We help organizations with facilitation, strategic planning, program development, program evaluation, project management, capacity building and just about everything in between. We can help you build bridges between great intentions and great outcomes.
We have been having so much fun doing this work that you haven’t heard from us much on social media. We’re still having fun, but we want to up our game, tell you more about ourselves and what we’ve been up to, and share some of our favourite learnings, tips, and tricks along the way. That’s what you’ll find on this blog.
